Like it's some kind of effing Calculus. Then get mad when I say no. In these guy's cases, if the job was to find out where to buy the best weed they'd traverse a 100 acre labyrinth chocked with poisonous snakes and loosely chained pit bulls. Don't need me for THAT! Then get mad when I point that out too.

Heck I wouldn't do it either, as sure as you find something that looks like a safe deal something will go wrong. Murphy's law, "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong." I have a hard time deciding to buy or not on Craigslist.

I used to work with someone who would show signs of incompetence just to keep people from coming to him for help. He knew much more than I do but I was helpful so people would ask me for help. I would see him laugh on the other side of the room when people came in for help because they would avoid him and head right for me.

If? Was that what they actually wanted you to do? I thought pot was legal in CA. If so, why do they need you to find it for them? If not, anyone asking me to do something illegal for them is not a friend in my book. You done right.

Have a look in the farm section of the Humboldt Craigslist if you need marijuana seedlings... you can buy one, or hundreds... our local DA hasn't prosecuted a possession case for less than 100 pounds of pot in 15 years.

I only used that as an example of how someone will all of a sudden figure out how to do something that they wouldn't otherwise do.
