A friend remarked that she could be protecting her nest. I am used to the ravens playing with me and showing off, but I had not considered a nest. I’ll need to apologize next time…

While working at a hot springs pool, I watched as a raven flew over the pool at a low level, appearing to be watching the swimmers as it passed. It then wheeled around, flew over even lower, and pooped on a guy in the pool, hitting mostly his shoulder but a little bit on his head. It really seemed lke the raven picked that one guy!
