Nevermind the face. The guy looks like a total dork. Electric surfboard? Seriously? That's for someone who has no idea how to, and never will, surf. It's a surfboard for someone who is afraid of surf. It should be called the "no-surf board".

Speaking as another pale skinned person with some experience in the matter, it looks to me like he already suffered a pretty bad sunburn on his face and has covered it up in excess to prevent a double burn.
