they are completely burying the lede - 16TB for $217

these ironwolf drives are great



[edit] taking a closer look - the ones marked 'deal' are transactions with newegg that ship from the USA - when you select the 16TB option it changes to a transaction by 'Seclead' (whoever that is) and will ship from china

not as big, but saw 8 TB Black "game drive" (7200 RPM) for $120 a month ago. Not easy to find 7200 rpm drives, everything is 5400.

With 2.5" SSDs dropping, Im shifting away from recommending platter HDDs as backups, unless they need massive storage. Most of my clients do not. 4TB is often plenty, or 8. And like i stated in a previous post, backups are far far faster too.
