You don't have to publicly reply if you don't want to, a PM would be sufficient. One of the reasons we're not getting a Tesla is over safety/vandalism concerns. These types of incidents have been going on for years, ever since Teslas started hitting the streets. I'm curious if the problem has gotten worse over the last one or two years.
If you reply, let me know when, how often, the circumstances (where it happened), etc. Even if it was just a mean look or snide comment, I'd be interested. Oh, and let me know when you bought your Tesla.

Even if you don't own a Tesla, but know someone who does, and they have experienced these issues.

And please keep replies restricted to actual personal or second hand experiences (instead of veering into why it's happening, etc.)

I know 2 Tesla owners here in NW GA. One has had her Tesla for a number of years; the other bought his last year. Neither of them have had any problems as of this last Saturday when we talked at dinner. Both are aware of the problems that Tesla owners have had but said they've gotten nothing except questions about the cars.

No, 6 years so far. BUT we are in the greater NYC area and there is a LOT of them. (Including the cockroach/cybertruck)
Edit: he just got a bumper sticker to put on it: Vintage Tesla Pre-madness Edition

Sometimes it feels like half of my town drives Tesla. I know it's an exaggeration but it must be one out of every 4-5 cars on the road. Our friends have 2. I didn't hear about any incidents.

Never. But I live in an area with a really high percentage of Teslas. On a typical drive, I see more Teslas than I could count.

Not vandalism, but a friend’s son had to return a Tesla, not sure of the model, under the lemon law.
He later bought a cybertruck that has also had to go back for things to be fixed, but apparently he likes it.
I haven’t heard her comment on any vandalism, for the ugly truck.

None yet for my wife here who first bought in 2018 in central NJ but she is nervous. However we know someone who bought the cyber truck back in November and he told me first week he had it someone with kids in their car drove up next to him and gave him the finger.
