Cream Brulee
#1
It's unhealthy but it's my all time fav snack. I could have two to three cup sized servings of the cream brulee in one sitting! Is there any way I can make a healthy one by substituting egg yolk and baker's cream? TiA

Moderation, my son, moderation is the key. Never substitute for health, fat reduction, cost or any other reason, whether you are talking about creme brulee, brandy, cigars, or an erotic partner. Eat the best creme brulee, just not so many.
