I stop at stop signs/red lights (I'm one of the three), but I NEVER, EVER use hand signals.
That's effin' dorky.

That's effin' dorky. And right next to you is the guy who "NEVER, EVER uses a helmet. That's effin' dorky." How about signaling your intent to the rest of the world? If your low self-esteem prevents you from something life-and-death such as signaling your intent in traffic...well, I think Darwin had something to say about that. You and the no-helmet guy--you deserve your fate, whatever that is. If you end up in a vegetative state because you got run over by a car driver who had no idea what your intent was, please don't come to society to help pay the costs for your breathing and feeding tubes.

Fsck you and your low self esteem. How about signaling your intent to the rest of the world? elmo3, Since name calling is not tolerated on the Political forum, why would you assume it is OK on the Tips and Deals forum? Saying FU to someone may not be name calling, but it shouldn't be tolerated either. And I did report your message.

This is why one rides on the sidewalk around here.
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,209960,00.html My kid's teacher's dad was one of the riders. A police officer came into my kid's class to inform her. My sister's 8 year old son was killed riding his bike on the side of the road. It's not pleasant to stand over a boy with blood going down the road.

Saying FU to someone may not be name calling Could you possibly contradict yourself even MORE next time? "Hey--you called names! Not allowed! I know you didn't call names, but still!" Fact: just because you don't like something, doesn't mean you can twist it around and call it something it's not just so you can preach.

Fact: typing the word Fact in front of your statement doesn't make it a fact.

Does no one see the irony of quoting something that they want removed? Thereby insuring that the offensive remark lives on even after the original has been edited? Duh!

$tevie,
I would see the irony if my intent was to have the comments removed. My intent isn't to have the comments removed, rather it is to tell elmo3 that his behavior is unacceptable. My intent is also to let the forum owners know that elmo3 is abusing the forum.

So, even though you believe the term to be offensive, you don't care if everyone sees it or not. You just want to be a tattletale. I get it. |
