Has anyone here ordered any school text book from this company? I am going trying to save money on books.

I haven't used them in particular, but have you used a price search site like: http://www.cheapestbookprice.com/

I have purchased a bunch from several of the vendors who pop up in the search. I tend to use the ISBN for the fastest search results.

Never been burned yet.

Hey Kap,

No I don't sell them back, but I give them to my son who does, which he usually does on half.com. He has a few textbooks that haven't sold but those have been psych books. I've encouraged my daughter to keep the art books that she has ordered.

I'm 49, but my 'kids' are 27 and 24...had 'em a bit on the young side of life

I've snagged some cool new books for presents this way. Great way to go.

The text book assigned to my class this semester must be sold only at my college bookstore because I cannot find it at neither cheapbooks.com nor cheapestbookprice.com nor eBay. Perhaps, either the author or her publisher wants it that way ... no discount for financially poor student and struggling parents

You may also want to check out http://www.alibris.com/ and http://www.textbooks.com/. And don't forget Amazon. If you look up the book there, sometimes it will show used ones available at Amazon Marketplace.
