Surprises me. I got hosed on one of their deals where their shipping delay kept me from getting a rebate in on time. Their "Customer Service" did nothing for me.

I haven't had any problems with them. I do avoid rebates like the plague, though.

Maybe they are better than they used to be. I haven't dealt with them in years because their rep was so bad then.

I have not had any problems with them either, although I used them 5-6 times only in the past 4 years.

Either they have been stuffing the review sites with fake positive reviews, or they truly turned the company around. ResellerRatings.com, Epinions.com, reviews.PriceGrabber.com, and BizRate.com are all pretty good recently. I got burned twice around 2001 and vowed to never use them again.

The oldest record on Reseller Ratings is from December 2006 is not pretty.

This is a remarkable rating. A lot of people here just must have bad luck.

Now I am not accusing them of anything but by fraud it would is possible to post ratings for your own store.

I've never had any issues in many years of much business with them. Perhaps I was lucky during some 'rough spots'...but I would be willing to bet that they have turned a corner, in terms of all of the negative that I typically hear about them from others.

Never had an issue with them here either. Father in law purchased a laptop from them a couple years ago. Had a lot of problems with it - TigerDirect bent over backwards and gave him an even better machine for the same price.

My brother has bought from TigerDirect quite a few times and thinks they are very good.
