[quote Grumpyguy][quote BCam]Geez, did you miss the "clue" when it became "Apple, Inc."?
Geez, did you miss Apple's last quarter results, Macs still pay the bills. : )
Mac's pay less and less of the bills as a percentage. Steve is a marketing guy with a computer background, not the other way around. He realized that to get people to pay the premium price for Mac computers he had to attract the non-devotees with "low hanging fruit." That's exactly what all these other products are. People touch the Apple brand first with iPod, iPhone, AppleTV, etc. and build a brand loyalty to Apple. It's a complete marketing case study. It's no secret that Apple's previous and current brand strategy includes attracting people to Mac computers through more products like iPod, AppleTV, iPhone etc. So while Macs pay the bills, it's everything else Apple sells that gets people to pay the perceived "price premium" for an Apple laptop vs. a Dell, HP, etc.

Are they going to get the French duo Air to perform the closing song? That would be sweet.

Maybe the thing in the air is Steve's money shot. So to speak.

I'm glad Apple TV doesn't have "bluetooth keyboards and mice"

Sounds like something Microsoft would do.

The FREE upgrade is very good news! I had begun to regret buying the AppleTV when it first came out, with its annoying limits, I felt I'd purchased too soon, I was dreading that Apple might offer an improved one a year later and make mine obsolete. Firmware upgrades are a good thing, whew!

If the MacBook Air doesn't have a mobile 8800GT I'm going to yawn again.
