'Carol Burnett' star Harvey Korman dies at 81
. . .Harvey Korman, the tall, versatile comedian who won four Emmys for his outrageously funny contributions to "The Carol Burnett Show" and on the big screen in "Blazing Saddles," died Thursday. He was 81.
Korman died at UCLA Medical Center after suffering complications from the rupture of an abdominal aortic aneurysm four months ago, his family said in a statement released by the hospital. . .

Only two times in my 43 years has television had me literally ROFL:
- a brilliant David Hyde-Pierce bit to open the Frasier Season 6 Valentine's Day episode
- a hilarious Korman/Conway bit on an episode of TCBS I saw when I was 9 years old
The comedy team of Korman and Conway is one of show business' all-time greatest. He will be missed.

Harvey Korman and Tim Conway; together those two had me peeing my pants more than once. Harvey Korman was both a great straight man and a good top banana.
RIP and thanks for all the laughs.

It would be cool if you could count the number of laughs one person has caused. He'd be way up there.

RIP Harvey Korman You gave me many many hours of laughter. Two skits immediately come to mind Harvey and Carol in parodies of "Gone with the Wind" and "Sunset Boulevard." Hilarious!!

Tim Conway and Harvey Korman in a skit about the dentist...
And one with Tim Conway as a patient, and Korman as a psychiatrist on the phone... with Conway overhearing.
I recall hurting myself laughing... darn near suffocated.. couldn't breathe.
God rest Harvey Korman

A sad day indeed. Blazing Saddles will always be one of my favorites.
And - great call on the Frasier clip. That was definitely a ROFL moment!
