what do you guys keep your small computer stuff in? Stuff like jumpers and screws mostly. I've got all mine in film containers and its kind of annoying to find stuff. I was thinking of a container like I have all my normal size screws in, but I cannot find something on a smaller scale.

I hoarded all the clear plastic film containers that I could (still have a near lifetime supply)
a computer tool kit I bought at a local electronics store came with a clear tube about
1" in diameter x 6" long - removable cap on both ends. Probably something similar available
at an electronics store. Prescription bottles work but are harder to see though.

at home, plastic drawer thingamabobs. Separate drawer for USB stuff, Cat5 stuff, Firewire stuff, Appletalk stuff, Apple Serial stuff. In the computer bag, I've got one of those zippered black nylon cases for the 'to go' gadgets and gizmos.
Screws, transformers, and itty bits are in ziploc baggies ty-wrapped to the associated piece of peripheral gadgetry.
And, of course, every now and then some thingamajig lands on the floor, is forgotten, and then recovered only to be thrown away.
(molts into a sort of a bit with a flange and screw holes ;-) )

for some reason ziploc baggies do not appeal to my sense of organization. not that there's anything wrong with them.
