You be the judge. Isn't the actual message lost in the jumble of fonts?

If you fish thru the myriad of too small/too big/too much posts, you will find MANY posts of mine preaching the benefits of smaller fonts, cleaner layout, thinning out extraneous info & such. Some have been addressed, but most have had contradictory opinions from others, and I don't know what Jim has in mind. The quick changes in fonts sizes yesterday were impossible to stay current with. I know there are many opinions, but I think less is more.

I sometimes wonder if we are writing a bulletin board software for the first time.

Here is a screen shot of of one of the problems I'm having with Camino 1.6.3 using OS 10.9.11. Here, I have tried to delete some text, and there is still text that will not disappear. I also have have problems with the cursor "freezing" in text. Everything works fine in Safari 3.1.2

Not sure if this was mentioned because I have not read through all 4 pages.
I don't like the small arrow for going to the next page. It's like target practice. Before, it was a "next" link and easier to point and click the link. Now I have to "bullseye" it.

I just emptied the cache, and it didn't fix the problem. Here you can see the cursor is stuck between the "o & t" in the close quote code.

Search is still not as useful as it used to be.
In the old forum, I could type "jj" in the search function and it would return results. At the bottom of the page, I could refine or use the advanced search, but results were returned from a simple search. The new forum returns no results for "jj", so I then have to use the advanced search function. JJ |
