What day is this ad supposed to appear?
The .pdf does not resemble a press release as far as I can see-- no real info.
According to the PDF, December 1
According to their website, Dec 1 and Dec 3.

And swampy, as you have been told many times, a COLB is what most states officially call the certificates they issue afterwards. It has nothing to do whether the person was born in a hospital or elsewhere. There is no difference between calling it a "Certificate" or a "Certification". In the case of Hawaii, the form filed by the doctor or hospital says Certificate. But they make no provision in Hawaii for requesting a direct copy anymore. Same applies in many other states. In any case, a Certificate would have been filed by a doctor or midwife even if the birth occurred outside a hospital.
As for other confirmation, you can even find a copy of the birth notice in the Honolulu paper from 1961 on "texasdarlin's web site. They mistakenly say it could have been listed by his grandmother, those type of birth notices were provided to the papers by hospitals and not family members. The more extensive notices, like obituaries, might be provided by family, etc., but not the double line list notices with just parents' names and that there was a birth of a son, daughter or more.

I don't mean to be argumentative, but still, why is all this a problem? Where in the CFR's does it post any other requirement other than his mother being a U. S. citizen (a direct reference from the CFR's on the U. S. Government website would be helpful here)?

Oy. I don't know what to say to that... I think Carnos may have a point. It seems like this is really getting nutty, when you don't even trust the state officials to certify a state document. Of course this could go to the SCOTUS, but I doubt very much whether they'd hear the argument-- it's likely to be thrown out in a lesser court long before it made it to that point, as has already happened.

Just curious-- how can they afford to have a "team of forensic scientists" on staff but not to take out a newspaper ad without an intense fundraising drive?
Anyways, here's what's gonna happen.
Scenario #1:
The ad won't run.
The millions of people represented by wethepeople.org, wethepeoplefoundation.org, givemeliberty.org, and a myriad of other sites that superficially seem to be connected to each-other but really represent large, distinct, non=partisan bodies of upstanding citizens deeply concerned about protecting the integrity of the US constitution will claim the Tribune (which endorsed Obama prior to the election) "suppressed" the ad.
Scenario #2:
The ad won't run, because it was never really placed.
The millions of people etc. etc. will claim the ad did run, and hope those outside of Chicago believe it did.

Here's a link to the school registration form declaring BHO as an Indonesian citizen(#3) and a Muslim (#4) and registered using his stepfather's sir name.

I can't get it to enlarge big enough to read, so I'll have to take your word about what it says. So, born in Honolulu? Do you think this document can be taken as accurate info?

All 9 United States Supreme Court Justices will look at case and determine to 1) grant motion, 2) dismiss motion, or 3) hold a hearing on the motion. This is a serious deal and still at the MSM house, not a creature was stirring; not even a mouse! Amazing! This is blatent control of the press to keep the people of America in the dark about this issue."

I'm sorry, JoeH, but your link to the birth notice won't cut it either. Can't you comprehend that this conspiracy began prior to Obama's birth, when a mystic predicted that in 47 years the child would be elevated to a position from which he could rule the world? His mother was warned that she must begin immediately to cloud his entire existence in secrecy.
There. Have I put this to rest finally? Almost 300 posts in five days over two different threads, in addition to previous discussions on exactly the same subject is even more bizarre than the conspiracy theory itself!

BHO was adopted by his stepfather and took his last name. There was no dual citizenship recognized at that time. Children at that time had to be citizens to attend school in Indonesia. He was registered in school as "Indonesian" citizenship and "Muslim" for his religion. Only since 2006 has Indonesia allowed dual citizenship for children under 18.
But the questions still remains. How did BHO resolve this issue with US immigration and the State Department at age 18?
I showed you that the pertinent US codes make it clear that Obama would have to personally have renounced his citizenship - his parents could not do it. No one has provided any evidence that he did renounce his citizenship when he was in Indonesia - for one thing, he would have to have been at least 14 years old to do so and he wasn't when he was there (he returned to Hawaii when he was 10). Whether or not Indonesia had that as their law at the time, that was their problem not Obama's. IOW, Indonesian law at the time is totally irrelevant - whatever the law was, the only way Obama could have lost his citizenship was if he was at least 14 years old and formally renounce his citizenship. He was too young to do so and there is no evidence he even tried. There simply was not issue with US immigration or the State Department to resolve.
