1) Do you believe that Obama's mother is a U. S. citizen, and by being so does not make him a citizen?

2) If so, what law do you believe supports your positions (a direct reference to the CFR's on the U. S. Government website would be helpful)?

3) Also, do y'all believe that McCain and Clinton had no interest to discredit Obama in regard to these issues?

Ah, but it may get thrown out at that point. If you notice the history of this particular suit, it has already been thrown out twice. I find it interesting that this is the same party that has always complained about "frivolous lawsuits".

Veracity? About as much as you could give to any AP stringer. I leave it to the SCOTUS.

I think Berg's case is to have a decision 12/1, the Donofrino case 12/5.

I'm asking because you gave this registration form as evidence that Obama was an indonesian citizen, yet it says he was born in Honolulu, which you dispute. So I guess I'm confused as to why you would site this particluar document.
