So, since this isn't a court of law, let's base our comments on the information at hand, after making an assessment of it's accuracy. Since it *seems* to me, with what we've been told, that this is a reasonably accurate account of the situation. So I stand by my post.

If the other guy shows up to tell his side, I'll reassess the situation and see if my position changes.

Even if he does, that just a "He Said/He Said" situation with no proof of who's correct.

Lack of proof not withstanding, it was clear to me that OJ killed Brown and Goldman based on his body language, even though he claimed to be innocent.

DaviDC could be telling a bald face lie to garner sympathy and attention. He could be giving a distorted, misremembered account because of a neurological condition.

But I think he's giving a reasonably accurate account. Maybe the "other guy's" post would change my thinking. But I'm thinking- "not so much".

Would need more details about the arrangement between DDC and this guy. Is there some sort of profit involved? Has DDC been bragging about how many Dells he's bought, leading the other guy to believe he's rolling in dough? Was there a clear arrangement made before DDC's purchase of the Dell creating an oblication on the part of this other guy?
Hey David, do you have a source for Leopard purchased cheaper in bulk? Or have you been paying full retail each time? Does your buyer get the full retail package along with the mini-9 so they could sell it and recoup some of that extra expense if they decide to go with a different OS?
