complaining about all sorts of issues except that he leaves food, trash, beer bottles and boxes all over. He and his wife cook stinky food, never empty their trash for days and have not cleaned his place in about ten years (left his back door open about a month ago - had to call him at work about it.) His back porch has louvered windows that are left open even when it rains. We all though that when he got married a few months ago, that she would clean. But we thought wrong, and now they are always frying and cooking stinky Chinese food.
He just came back from vacation for a week and saw a mouse in his kitchen. So now it is everyone else's fault, their cats, etc and he thinks that when we open hall doors to air out his stinky food and smoking odors we are letting mice in.
We have had so much rain and flooding basements these mice could get in anywhere. Door thresh holds are non existent in the common halls, and flats. I am sure mice can enter easily with closed doors. You can slide his doormat under his kitchen door, the gap is so big
He is now lobbying for a pesticide bomb for the whole building. I am very chemically sensitive and don't want chemicals in my unit.
He and his wife were doing a half ass cleaning of their kitchen today, so I am sure their mice will be running over to the next units. As a precaution, I just did check of my pantry, as well as one of my neighbors that is always at her coastal property.
The joys of crazy condo neighbors. Where is personal responsibiltiy
