Thank you for the kind words of praise regarding our support/service Robert! And dang it, don't know why you have been so "lucky" with the Voyager. Honestly, product has been rock solid with very few returns. How the second one was DOA is a mystery. The product has had numerous reviews (and I might point out, by sources with no advertising by us...) and has been continuously praised...check out the Awards/Reviews tab at:
