That is odd. We only block bidders that we have trouble with. It's quite
a lengthy list. Sellers always back-up Blocked Bidder List as about 6 years
ago eBay lost almost everyone's BBL through some computer glitch, ours was
one of them. I keep it backed-up as a simple text file. I added one
just the other day because it took him almost 3 weeks to pay for 3 items worth
nearly a $1000. Had to file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert and that was enough
to wake him up. I think 3 strikes would have closed his account, haven't
heard pee-turkey out of him since. I got signature delivery on all his stuff
and took pictures of as we boxed it showing how he wanted boxed,
one was a McIntosh Tuner and if familiar with high-end audio you'll know that
it doesn't much higher end than that stuff. I also blocked one because he said
wasn't going to pay for because he bought by accident, it was a By It
Now. You don't buy things by accident there's to many steps to go through.
