Windows Virtual Memory (work PC)
#12
Right Click on 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'. Select the 'Advanced' tab and click on the 'Settings' button in the Performance section. Check the 'Adujst for Best Performance' option. This will reset the display and you'll feel like you're in a timewarp because it will look like Windows 2000, but it turns off all of the XP bells and whistles. It isn't much, but it helps a bit to free up some RAM.
