Reminds me of the (now defunct) laws in SC that only permitted bars to use mini-bottles of liquor to prepare cocktails. So instead of getting a white Russian with 1.5 oz of liquor, you get 3.4, since you had to use the entire mini-bottles of both vodka & Kahlua.
