And my friends think I'm blindly obsessed with Apple...

No, as CEO I would not want someone "trashing" my company, which I have no intention of doing by the way, but I would not want my customers to feel taken advantage of either.

Again, I realize that hard drives run at ridiculous speeds and occasional failure is inevitable.

I am not a troll.

I am frustrated.

It's not about this MacBook or my last MacBook or my 4th Gen iPod nano. It's about principle. And It's about losing faith in a company that you've believed in your whole life. My mistake, I thought that Apple aficionados like yourselves could relate.
