We have, in the past, given our children a switch on St. Nicholas' day. Hey, my wife is very German.

Coincidentally, the bad cat that bit the heck out of my wife (see Cat 1, Wife 0 thread below) is named Krampus. Because he was a little devil as a kitteh.
