Help with Flash in Browser locking up

I tried the safe boot. Also booted from OS X DVD and repaired my Hard Drive.

Moved a few items out of my home folder preferences and Application support.

Still the same as it was, locks up at 39.

Thanks for the suggestion. I guess I will migrate to the new user.
