*sigh* Why not just get another job? If you don't like your job, get a different one. If you're incapable of getting another job, then be glad you've got one.

Obviously more details on the situation would help, but that's pretty much my take for most jobs - especially retail. It's in a shopping mall. Go down the walkway and get a job at Starbucks, JC Penny's, the other Starbucks, Sears, the other Starbucks...
