And the rescuers need to justify their outrageous claims for compensation, so they go out at the drop of a hat.
If there is no one to rescue, we don't need them, so let's blow a tiny incident into monumental proportions so we can ask for more equipment, more training, more money, because we get um.... "wooden", when we have a call.
