Just plain weird; way too weird... (need help from web genius types)

Safari 3.2.1 w/ Tiger OS X 10.4.11 on maxed out G4 MDD; dual 1.8GHz upgrade, max RAM, 256MB Radeon 9600, etc... the ultimate old school dual boot machine. Problem does not exist w/ other machines, PPC or Intel, Tiger or Leopard, Safari or Firefox; just this puppy that I entered the contest from, so it seems as though some code got executed in conjunction w/ making that entry on this machine... HELP!

Edit: oh, fudge! all the cookies/ad block utilities seem to want Leopard instead of Tiger... and while I do have a Leopard HD in the MDD, the problem is w/ the Tiger HD...
