I really wish it worked with Bluetooth but unfortunately I loaned out my Sony Ericsson S710a to my sister, otherwise I'd use that.
It may be too late for today, but you don't need an ethernet drop to get this to work. Simply set up a network with your airport, and connect the iPhone to that network. You do lose wireless networking to the Internet, and I guess if you need that during your presentation, you can't use this method.
