Yep, information. 93 no name storm, no notice, because "we don't have radar in the Gulf of Mexico", but oh.....what about that bombing range smack dab in the middle of the GofM? Next day, AFTER the storm, mandatory evacuation, loud speakers blaring, sirens going off, terror, panic, BROADCAST, guess what? no troubles.
FEMA pays money when emergency personnel are deployed, how quick are the hands out for the money?
