Puleeze!!!!!! What you really mean to say is that they threaten your world view.
Nope, you are as wrong as can be about that. There have been ample examples of the Fox News "news" section putting out false information (always biased towards their political mission) so it is simply not a reliable place to get any information. It has nothing to do with "world view" unless you're talking about the fact that I prefer my world view to have a factual basis. Fox news is an advocacy organization, nothing more. I wouldn't mind that except that they claim to be a news organization.
If I can click on a site that features Keith Olbermann, you surely can go to the news part of Fox News.
If you can't, then you should have simply kept your biases to yourself.
Why would you want to click on Keith Olbermann? I certainly wouldn't. He is simply biased on the other side of the coin. You don't learn anything from hearing people shouting on TV. To tell you the truth I pretty much ignore TV news shows. Fox News opened up the creed of the "new journalism" by creating an entire channel for the sole purpose of pushing a political agenda (aka propaganda) and removed any semblance of objectivity. It seems to me that some of the other (formerly more objective) news channels have followed suit in a race to the bottom. This is the culmination of the rot that Edward R. Murrow warned us about.
