Oh, you guys have made this entirely too complicated again. What I said was "...trying to do some conversions so I had a feel for how many cups of flour it would take to equal 500 grams." This should have been simple, and apparently the answer is that nobody knows of a site that gives reasonably consistent results. Okey dokey.
