I prefer to grill it as well. But I only grill it skin side down. I use kosher salt on the meat side and then cover it with a pan when I grill it to get heat around the top. Takes a little longer, but it is great.
I am supposed to start eating Salmon frequently. How do you cook it? REcipes? Where to get freshest, non fishy tasting,
