I am supposed to start eating Salmon frequently. How do you cook it? REcipes? Where to get freshest, non fishy tasting,

Walmart salmon is farm raised and imported from Chile. The species is Altantic salmon, but it is raised on the Pacific coast of Chile in conditions that are bizarre for the species. Anyway, Walmart salmon created a boom in Chile and most of the Atlantic salmon sold in the US comes from there. Again, I wouldn't touch the stuff. You are not getting the taste or nutrition that salmon is known for. Pay more and get the real thing, otherwise don't bother.
