I would respond back with an email aimed specifically at what owners must do BEFORE any chemicals are allowed. I am sure you can google and find specific topics to use as far as keeping a clean environment to minimize pests of all types. I think it will be more effective than calming your feelings by ranting here.

In any event, I hope you can get other owners to support your position.
