F/U: New capacitor didn't fix heat pump

Open winding in the motor, especially if it doesn't hum or give other indications of trying to start. But don't toss that cap. I vote for just replacing the motor -- usually not that big a job, and most of them are under $200 (although my new blower fan motor cost $800 -- yikes!)
