All the high end 256 bit GPU's from the previous THREE generations are likely faster than the 330M:
GeForce GTS 250M to GeForce GTX 285M (some came in SLI configurations)
GeForce 9800M GS to GeForce 9800M GTX (some came in SLI configurations)
8800M GTS to 8800M GTX (some came in SLI configurations)

And that is leaving out the related Quadro (fixed spelling) versions. For ultimate graphics performance, the MacBook "Pro" has been the weak sister since about six months after it was introduced.
