Budget woes force cops to parade in bunny suit to fine people for not yielding

Neighbor cops said they are ticketing for whatever they can. He exaggerated that they are ticketing for even 1 mph over the speed limit. Desperate times... I have seen more cops on the streets. Luckly for me, I know where they have their local speed traps and I drive the speed limit.
