A 'simple' solution is to pound some pipes into the ground... simple EMT conduit will do- buy a ten foot section of the thin stuff that fits the arbor legs, cut it into four 2 1/2 foot sections. Pound the sections into the ground. (almost flush with the ground). Spray rustoleum into the pipes as a mild rust preventative. Put the el cheapo arbor legs into the pipes. Run a sheet metal screw through the side of the EMT pipes through the arbor pipes. Spray rustoleum on the assembly.

Done.

simple enough. However, the section we will plant the arbor is concrete. Drilling to anchor will be required.The picture shows the front leads to the duplex parking.
