Have been using a Dell 3007 WFP (30" ) LCD for several years now. It's been great,with the exception of an intermittent flicker issue that's been more annoying than anything else. Decided to give Dell a ring and get it taken care of under warrant (we purchased the 5 year warranty, for a relatively low cost when we purchased the monitor). Got on live chat on Wed., spent a couple minutes describing the issue and giving appropriate serial numbers, and they promised to send a replacement in 1-3 days. FedEx dropped off the replacement today--the Dell u3011. It's the current model 30" display, and has a number of upgrades (connectivity, etc) over the 3007.
Always refreshing to have such a smooth, painless warranty replacement experience. Kudos to Dell!
