I don't see any mention of this yet on legitimate news sites, including anything locally. Since this looks to be based on allegations of child welfare, I would suspect there is more to the story. NH can't respond in any way due to confidentiality. The suggestion from your link is he has a conviction for a domestic violence related conviction (and may be in violation of the terms of that), or at least serious concerns along those lines.
But otherwise, I don't see any state, including NH, stepping in and removing kids based on the organizational membership of the parents (there have been some rare exceptions, churchs, etc, but that doesn't appear to be in play here).
