I don't mind Better with you, but No Ordinary Family surprises me with a renewal. I think it's poorly done.
Chiklis is at the other end of the TV spectrum in many ways after leaving The Shield. Actually, the same applies to Julie Benz (YUM!), formerly Dexter's wife.
Maybe they wanted a change to escape the previous dark places.
