I'm on it and have re-connected with some former coworkers.

I haven't seen any value yet from a job hunting perspective. I'm linked to a couple of recruiters, haven't received any leads from them as a result. I don't pay for the "upgraded" version, so I don't have any way to determine if HR or hiring managers are looking me up on LinkedIn after I send in a resume.
