Progressive gives you estimates of the rates at 3 insurance companies, but they aren't necessarily national insurance companies or good insurance companies and they won't give you another 3 estimates after the first three.

You're best off talking to an independent insurance broker who deals with several different companies and if you can't do that just pick three reputable insurance companies, call their local offices and get estimates over the phone.
