Allegheny still went to Democrats In 2010. Toomey barely won(1%) the state but Corbet did a little better. Toomey lost Montgomery county by nearly 10 points. There is so much Democratic vote in the 4 Philadelphia counties that swamps anything the "T" brings. Out of 67 counties in the state, no more than six goes Democrat, but that is usually enough.
