Just to clarify for those who are having trouble:
Rgrf posted the satirical image in my post above.
I am not certain of the original source of it, but it is almost certainly not NPR, and not hosted on anything related to the npr.org servers.
Because the image Rgrf posted is on a public/free image hosting service, most of us see/saw this in his original post:

That is the source of much of the humour in the thread.
It could be the case that some forum members do see the actual image in Rgr's original post, thus they do not get the references to "bandwidth," etc.
Dakota, meanwhile, is on his own planet, and I have no interest in explaining what he is actually seeing.
Photobucket, BTW, is a subsidiary of News Corp, so you Libs™ can have even more fun playing with THAT conspiracy-ready factoid.
