We have a problem with waterboarding because it doesn't work.

There have been countless other studies where "enhanced interrogation" (more plainly, torture) not only gives you bad intelligence (they will say anything to make them stop) but it puts our troops at risk for retaliation.
I, for one, am glad that Osama is dead. Funny how the right is somehow upset that he was killed. This is coming from a group that said that Democrats were giving comfort to the enemy.
