Saying it isn't legal to sell raw milk isn't quite accurate, is it? kj.
This differs from state to state. It's legal to sell (with restrictions) in 26 states, and interstate sale is banned. Many raw milk products are sold as pet food ( "not for human consumption" ) to get around these restrictions.
