Well, I can say this, if it is any type of voucher plan that adds more paperwork, decisions, even choices, then I am against it. I have seen how complicated private insurance is and I have seen what it is like under Medicare, and the amount of headaches with Medicare is 1/10th of what it is with private insurers.
While this is possibly an honest answer, I consider it to be more of a cop out. You seem to be pretty well versed on what the Republicans are proposing and usually are a big supporter of same. To say, I don't know enough about it, seems like an easy way out, or maybe, since you already have the benefit of a good, relatively inexpensive, single payer system, you don't need to worry about those of us who will be subjected to it.
I call wimp out on this one, sorry.
