Kind of promising, the way this is worded. It seems to imply that it's still rising, rather than just enjoying a little bump from the OBL announcement. How high do you think it will go?
That's funny (in a nice way). It's like a brain twister. I think I said it was transient, but if he continues to do things the republican way, it might just keep going up for a while. But I'm not sure how promising that would be. kj.
