Like others have said, subject lines that at least give you a hint about what the topic is about might be nice, although I'll admit I've probably been guilty of a cryptic title or two.

If there's a link in the thread, there should be at least some clue as to what you're going to see.

I could care less what topics are posted here. If someone wants to tell us what the've just had for dinner, that's okay with me as long as I know it's going to be a thread about dinner from the thread title.
